Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders to mainland UK are delivered within 2-3 working days of purchasing.
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over £50 within mainland UK & Channel Islands. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates will apply.
Same day and next day deliveries are available to certain London postcodes. These options will show up if you are eligible at checkout.
International shipping - all orders are shipped from our distribution centre in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty & Local Taxes. These fees are completely out of our control and the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this. Shipping fees will vary per country.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed or processed. If you no longer wish to keep the order, please view our Returns Policy for details how to return your order once received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Returns Policy
- The products are damaged or defective
- The products are in the same condition that you received them
- The products are unopened
- The products were purchased directly through dirteaworld.com
- The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Gift returns
If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method.
Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.
