Crafting DIRTEA Love: A Playful Recipe for Romance:

Chocolate Love Cakes Recipe:
- 250g unsalted butter
- 250g caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 50g DIRTEA cacao powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of DIRTEA Tremella powder
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- A good handful of chocolate and white chocolate baking drops
The Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Line a rectangular brownie baking tin with baking parchment paper
- Weigh out the flour, DIRTEA Cacao powder, DIRTEA Tremella powder and baking powder into a bowl and then sieve these together
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and caster sugar together. Once fluffy, add in the flour mixture a third at a time and fold in
- Then add the chocolate drops to the mixture and place the mixture into the baking tin
- Cook at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. Check the mixture at 25 minutes
- Take out of the oven and leave to cool down
- Cut out with a love heart cutter and enjoy with a mug of DIRTEA cacao
