How does the loyalty programme work?

You earn cashback credits every time you place an order.

  • Bronze: 3% cashback
  • Silver: 5% cashback (after £100 total spend)
  • Gold: 7% cashback (after £250 total spend)

💡 100 credits = £1 to spend

Your credits build up automatically and can be redeemed at any time within 12 months of being earned.

 

How do I redeem my credits?

There are two ways to redeem your credits:

1. Redeem as money off your order 

You can turn your credits into a discount code.

Steps:

  1. Log into your account HERE
  2. Go to the Loyalty page
  3. Use the slider to choose how much to redeem (£0–£10 max)
  4. Click redeem to generate your code
  5. Copy the code
  6. Paste it into the discount code box at checkout or in your subscription

⚠️ Important: The discount is NOT applied automatically, you must paste the code yourself as shown below.

 

 

2. Redeem for products (auto-applied)

You can also swap credits for selected products.

Steps:

  1. Go to the “How to use your Credits” section
  2. Choose a product
  3. Click “Redeem”

✅ The product will be automatically added to your next subscription order
✅ Credits are deducted instantly
✅ No code needed

 

How much can I redeem at once?

You can redeem between £0 and £10 per order.

  • Even if you have more credits, the maximum per transaction is £10
  • You can generate multiple codes and use them across different orders
  • All codes expire 12 months from the date they are created

⚠️ Only one discount code can be used per order

 

Where do I enter my discount code?

Your code needs to be pasted into the discount code box:

  • At checkout (for one-time purchases or new subscriptions), or
  • Inside your subscription portal (for upcoming subscription orders) in the “enter promo code” box

 

I generated a code but didn’t use it?  

No problem 👍

  • Your code is saved in your Rewards History
  • It stays valid for 12 months
  • You can use it anytime on a future order

I made a mistake, can I undo or cancel a code?

Codes can’t currently be cancelled once generated.

However:

  • You can simply not use the code (it remains valid for 12 months)
  • Or contact support and we’ll help: hello@dirteaworld.com

Can I generate multiple codes?

Yes, you can generate multiple codes and save them.

But:

  • Only one code can be used per order
  • Each code must be applied manually

 

Do I still earn credits when using a discount?

Yes!

You’ll still earn cashback on the remaining amount you pay after the discount is applied.

 

Do my credits expire?

  • Credits expire after 12 months if unused
  • If you cancel your subscription:
    • Your credits remain for 3 months
    • You can reactivate and use them within this time
    • After 3 months, unused credits are lost
